Fly Tipping
Fly tipping is an increasing problem in the community, causing major
environmental pollution as well as a significant cost to the Council. If you see
any fly tipping either on the roadside verges, gateways and lay-byes, or where
waste is dumped on privately owned land the call the Environment Agency. Ideally
if you can advise them of who was tipping, such as giving the vehicle
registration number that it will help in their prosecution.
